Drug monitoring oral fluid collection

A convenient specimen collection alternative

Oral fluid collection is a convenient and effective alternative for situations when urine collection is not practical or observed collection is needed.

Why use oral fluid testing?

Quantisal® oral collection device:
fast, convenient specimen collection

Volume indicator window takes the guesswork out of sample collection
The Quantisal® volume indicator window helps you ensure enough specimen has been collected for screening, confirmation, and repeat testing. When the volume indicator window turns blue, 1 mL (+/-10%) of oral fluid has been collected.

Optimal for observed collection
Because an oral fluid collection can be observed, it helps reduce the opportunity to alter or tamper with a drug test specimen.

Convenient collection and fast turnaround time
Oral fluid specimen collections with Quantisal take approximately 5 minutes and can be performed in the physician’s office or at a Quest Patient Service Center. Positive results are confirmed, reviewed, and typically reported within 2-3 days of receipt.

Detects recent drug use or misuse
Data show that oral fluid is very effective at detecting recent use or misuse of drugs.
